Dubai is set to be the arena for the clash of titans!
Former Wimbledon finalist, Nick Kyrgios, has been picked to go up against the currently ranked number one women’s player, Aryna Sabalenka, in an exhibition match headed for Dubai later this year.
The match has currently been set for the 28th of December at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. Many are likening the game in expectation to the most famous Battle of the Sexes clash which saw Billie Jean King clash with Bobby Riggs, a match that has since been turned into a major motion Hollywood blockbuster.
In anticipation of the big match, both Sabalenka and Kyrgios have spoken about the upcoming match and have shown immense gratitude and respect to each other’s game.
