SOS Week

SOS Week runs from Monday 23 October – Sunday 29 October.

2017 marks the 14th year of one of Surf Life Saving's largest fundraising initiatives. SOS Week is pivotal in ensuring that volunteer surf lifesavers have the necessary equipment, training and resources to continue safeguarding our states beaches and provides a valuable avenue for surf life saving to highlight the services we provide to the community.

The main aim of SOS Week is to highlight Surf Life Saving’s urgent need for funding and to encourage the community and corporate sector to answer Surf Life Saving’s call for help.

Volunteer lifesavers from some of Queensland’s 58 Surf Life Saving Clubs across the state will participate in door-to-door and street collections seeking donations for their local club.

Your donation will help save lives, please donate today – 07 3846 8000 or click here.

Want to get involved in SOS Week? Join the red and yellow army via our Workplace Volunteer Program here!
