Session 1: Building Healthy Foundations – 30 minutes This session focuses on establishing the basics of healthy relationships, emphasising mutual respect, effective communication, and setting boundaries. Participants will learn through interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and group activities. It will be delivered through a combination of in-person workshops and virtual sessions via a user-friendly online platform. 10 minute Break with light refreshments Session 2: Breaking the Cycle – 30 minutes The second session delves deeper into the dynamics of domestic violence and coercive control. Participants will gain insights into recognising signs of abusive relationships, understanding the cycle of abuse, and learning how to support themselves or friends in need. Similar to the first session, this will be a hybrid offering with both in-person and virtual components. These sessions are a safe and welcoming environment for participants to engage in discussions and activities, share their thoughts and ask questions. Workshops are held each fortnight, with the choice of 9:30am to 10:45am or 1:30pm to 2:45pm.
