Chicken and Salad Wrap

Chicken Wrap

Wraps are quick and easy to make and this chicken salad wrap is a delicious alternative to a sandwich or roll.

ONE SERVE

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 spring onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 wholemeal wrap
80g roast chicken, shredded

 

HOW TO:

  1. In a small bowl combine the fresh mint, parsley, tomatoes, spring onion, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Take the wholemeal wrap and spread with mayonnaise.
  3. Top with tomato mixture and shredded chicken.
  4. Roll up the wrap to enclose the filling. Enjoy!
