Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

 

Chia pudding is just like having dessert for breakfast but without the guilt!

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk (we used coconut)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup OR honey 

Optional toppings:

Fresh fruit, compote and mint

 

HOW TO:

  1. Add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Place in bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight. 
  3. Enjoy as-is or add your favourite toppings!
