
I love this cafe-style egg and avo on toast for a healthy tasty breakfast!
ONE SERVE
INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe avocado
2 slices of rye bread
1 tbs toasted pinenuts
2 boiled eggs
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO:
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- Cut up OR mash avocado and place on toast.
- Top with boiled egg, pinenuts, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
