Egg and Avo Toast

Avocado and Eggs on Toast

I love this cafe-style egg and avo on toast for a healthy tasty breakfast!

ONE SERVE

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe avocado 
2 slices of rye bread
1 tbs toasted pinenuts
2 boiled eggs
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

  

HOW TO:

  1. Toast the bread to your liking.
  2. Cut up OR mash avocado and place on toast.
  3. Top with boiled egg, pinenuts, salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
