
Delicious pancakes without the guilt!
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs cocoa powder
2/3 cup wholemeal spelt flour
1/4 cup protein powder (optional)
Toppings:
Cocoa powder to dust, fresh fruit and nuts, greek yoghurt
HOW TO:
- In a mixing bowl blend banana, milk, baking powder, flour and protein powder until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the frypan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Serve immediately and top with fresh fruit, nuts, greek yoghurt and cocoa powder.
