There has been a spike in drug offences in Bundaberg according to new statistics from Police.
There were 47 offences recorded relating to drug selling and supply in July, compared to just two in May.
Bundaberg Senior Sergeant Michael McGarry said it could be attributed to a recent drug operation but investigations are always ongoing.
"It doesn't have to be attached to a particular operation," he said.
"We've got officers out there investigating drug matters all the time so a reminder to those participating in drug activity or thinking about it, is that it's only a matter of time before you get caught."
