The critic reviews are starting to come in for Adam Sandler’s new comedy movie “Hubie Halloween” which will arrived on the Netflix on October 7 2020 and they are really.... positive?
Showing signs that either Adam Sandler is back on track, or people are going stir crazy during the global pandemic.
Hubie Halloween sees Adam Sandler back to form in the way we love him. Think more "Billy Madison" and "Happy Gilmore" than say.. "Little Nicky"
This time we see him in role that does get on your nerves a bit, but also has a lot of heart.
Hubie Dubois, a man who tries to keep the people of his small town safe on the spookiest night of the year – but on one fateful night, comes face-to-face with real monsters.
The supporting cast are equally as good, including comedy stars Maya Rudolph (The Good Place), Tim Meadows (Mean Girls), and Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live) who appear in the film as friends helping Hubie to save the town.
It's also great to see Boston Legal star Julie Bowen back on the screen as Hubie’s love interest "Violet Valentine".
Hubie Halloween is available now on Netflix just in time for Halloween at the end of the month, so you might want to make a night of it and enjoy a good comedy from Adam Sandler.
