Major Crash investigators are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in a West Australian coastal town on Friday.
A 69-year-old woman died at the scene after her car left the road, and crashed into trees as it slid down an embankment and rolled over.
The woman, who was the only occupant of the car, was travelling in a silver Toyota Yaris hatch along South Coast Hwy near Lights Road in Shadforth, in the state's south.
Police were alerted to the incident at about 12:30pm on Friday although the time of the crash is unclear.
South Coast Hwy was closed to traffic in both directions while emergency crews attended the scene.
