Mum Walk is a free national, weekly social pram walk to help Mums and carers find like-minded people, get fit and have fun. It is more than just a walk in the park; it's a proactive approach to promoting positive maternal mental health outcomes. By fostering social connection and encouraging gentle exercise, Mum Walk is directly addressing key risk factors associated with postpartum depression and anxiety. Who: Mum Walk is for all - Mums/Dads/grandparents/carers and bubs/toddlers What: a 30 minute walk, followed by playtime, coffee and chats Walks take place weekly on a Tuesday at Turtle Park, Bargara and monthly on a Thursday at the Bundaberg Botanical Gardens.
