The presence of sink holes at a popular Bundaberg park have forced it’s closure.
Barriers have been put up at Bargara Park on Birchdale Drive to prevent entry with the community urged to steer clear of the area.
Bundaberg Regional Council says the park will be closed until further notice, after an investigation has been completed.

The area will not be mowed until Council receives confirmation that the park can be safely accessed.
A temporary closure notice has been published to Council’s public notices page and will be updated when there is more information available.
