The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a crash in the North Burnett that’s claimed the life of a Millbank local.
The 42-year-old woman was driving near Monto around 6:30 Wednesday night when she allegedly lost control of the Toyota Hilux on a bend on the Burnett Highway and hit a culvert on the side of the road.
She died at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam to assist with investigations is urged to contact police.
