A 22-year-old man has been charged with 10 offences following an alleged attempted robbery in Avenell Heights.
Police say the man approached a 55-year-old man sitting in his car early last Monday morning (June 2).
It’s alleged he demanded cash before spraying the man with flammable liquid and setting his shirt alight.

The 22-year-old has now been charged with a string of offences, including one count of acts intended to disfigure.
He’s been refused bail and faced court in Bundaberg yesterday (June 9).
